UPDATE: Albright-Know closed for expansion construction

The Albright-Knox’s Elmwood Avenue campus will be temporarily closed for construction starting November 4, 2019. Albright-Knox Northland, a new project space at 612 Northland Avenue, will open in January 2020. The new Buffalo AKG Art Museum is expected to open in 2022 on the Elmwood Avenue campus. Learn More

Outside Albright-Knox

There are a dozen massive sculptures on the gallery’s campus, both odd and intriguing. Pick a beautiful day so you can explore the ground outside, along with Delaware Park in the gallery’s backyard.

Inside Albright-Knox

There are 1-hour long public tours held at 1:30pm Thursday-Sunday; a second Saturday tour at 11:30am. Tours often help you get familiar with the layout of collections and provide a great basis to go back and explore deeper.

Albright-Knox has exceptional programs for children and families, and engaging opportunities for adults including lectures, concerts, art classes and in-depth tours with gallery curators. Follow them on Facebook for the most current events and exhibits.
